smartnotebook configure update

Clicking the "Configure/Update" menu item under "Options" shows the following popup window.

I have modified one or more peaklist files The snb software will automatically call peakcon to re-calculate the connectivities. The connectivities are then read into snb and data structures updated accordingly.
I have modified one or more connection files The connectivity files are re-read and snb data structures updated.
Please update nmrview peaklists with my snb assignments Smartnotebook calls the "readpks" routine in nmrview. This feature' is not essential for smartnotebook, it was added for those users who wish to add the assignments from snb into their nmrview environment.
Initialize snb This button allows the user to invoke the initialization scripts and keep the current results. Examples of this usage include the creation of a new sequence constraints file, of adding cctocsy spectra, specifying a new output session directory, etc.
