Summary of fixes/changes from v5.0.6 - v5.1.3

1. v5.1.3 - Leigh Willard adds the pipp_nav software to smartnotebook. The webpage for pipp_nav is at

   and pipp_nav was developed in the lab of Stéphane Gagné.

2. v5.1.3 - When changing the slider values for spectral display vertical scale, you can hold the shift button to enable all values to change at the same time. This was a fix added by Leigh Willard.

3. v5.1.3 - Leigh Willard adds balloon help for smartnotebook buttons. This basically shows the potential to make smartnotebook more user friendly for beginners and for people who need reminders on how the software works. For those of you who don't read our documentation (I afraid to know how many people that really is), enable the "Balloon Tips" in nmrview/help and then place your cursor over an snb button.

4. v5.1.3 - Update documentation and release notes, added to bug list.

5. v5.1.2 - Small bug fixed in folding

6. v5.1.1 - This bug fix version was skipped because I had another piece of software with the identical version. Just way to easy for the developer to get the software packages mixed up.

7. v5.1.0 - Add hnca library of experiments.
