Apr 1/09 - Created builds for powerpc and intel macs.
Set output directory in the user's home dir to minimize output files and possible bugs with old xalign.parms files.

Dec 30/02 - Removed expiry date from this latest version, updated web pages. The manual has been re-formatted into a nice standardized document. The tcl user interface was re-written and better test examples provided.
